The Beef Cattle Handbook, developed by the Beef Cattle Resource Committee of the North Central Land Grant Universities, is available for purchase through Iowa State's MidWest Plan Service (MWPS). It is available in two versions: book ($60) and CD-ROM ($25). The Iowa Beef Center's Daryl Strohbehn served as the overall leader and coordinator of this project.
