Beef of Merit 4-H

Welcome!
The Beef of Merit Grid Marketing Class provides 4-H Market Steer exhibitors the opportunity to participate in a live show combined with a value-added carcass competition. This allows the traits that add value to a beef carcass and the industry to be evaluated in a scientific way.
